8 week Pre-registered classes commencing this week!

Beginner Hatha Yoga, Beginner Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Pilates, Prenatal Yoga, Baby & Mom Yoga, Family Yoga, Bellydancing, Exotic Movement and 50+ Therapeutic Gentle Yoga.

Drop-In Yoga Class Schedule – March Promotions

We have three membership promotions for our Drop-In Yoga Class Schedule running throughout the month of March. Be sure to take advantage of them if your membership is coming up for renewal this month (or even April or May), as they won’t last long! So stock up on classes this month!

1. Purchase a One Year Unlimited Yoga Membership and Receive Two (2) Extra Months FREE. Only $48.21 + gst/per month!

2. Purchase a Three (3) Month Unlimited Yoga Membership for $195 + gst (Regular price is $225 + gst)

3. Purchase a 10 Class Pass and Receive 3 Extra Classes FREE - $130 + gst. 13 classes for the price of 10!

Kirtan last Thursday was fabulous!

Thank you to everyone who attended our Kirtan last Thursday evening, it was an amazing evening. I have spoken with the group, Dhvani, and we are planning to organize another one in May. I will keep you posted on dates and details.

Looking for Part-time receptionist

We are putting the word out there that we are looking for someone to work front desk part time a couple mornings a week (and possibly an evening). Preferably someone who is familiar with our studio and is interested/excited about the programs that we have running. Please e-mail or call, for those who are interested!
