Registration
for our next session of pre-registered classes is now open!
Our 4 week July session is
running from July 16 – August 11. It is a short session (not
our usual 8 week), as it’s summer!! The studio always
lightens up the schedule for that last month of summer.
After that session is complete, there will be a break from
the pre-registered classes until after Labour Day. We will
have the Fall Schedule up and registration open by the
middle of August.

Drop-In Membership Promotions
Our Drop-In Classes are always
running though!! Many of you have been asking and waiting to
hear about our July promos that we run every year! Who knew
that yoga memberships could be so exciting??!!
So, the promotions are starting a week early this year to
accommodate those of you who have been waiting to purchase
or renew your membership. These promotions are valid through
until the end of July – it’s the best time of year to stock

Construction
on Queenston St. and Page St.
Thursday, June 21st, 2007
The city is doing some
construction on Queenston St. and this week the vehicle
access on Queenston is slow during the day (No problems
driving after 5pm when all the construction workers go
home!) If you can, the best route in is to take Page St. off
Welland Ave. If you are coming down Queenston you can take
one of the side streets and you’ll find us. If you have any
questions about this give us a call and we’ll help you out.
I spoke with the foreman today and he said they should be
gone from the corner of Queenston and Page by Friday.
